undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City Council pursuant to authority conferred by
Ordinance No. NS-2352 and Section No. 33-55 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code adopted by the
City Council on June 1 , 1998, in compliance with California Government Code Section 27281 and
the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
