RECOMMENDED ACTION
Receive and file the Quarterly Report of Contracts entered into between April 1, 2011 and June 30,
2011, valued at $25,000 and less.
DISCUSSION
On October 6, 2008, the Hauling Authority increased the Executive Director's authority to execute
agreements from an amount not to exceed $10,000 to $25,000. Agreements valued at greater
than $25,000 require approval by the Board of Directors. This is the same authority granted to the
City Manager by the voters through a Charter Amendment in November of 2006. The authority
granted to the Executive Director required the submission of a quarterly report to the Housing
Authority at a public meeting on aq such agreements. No contracts were entered into during the
period of April 1, 201'1 to June 30, 2011.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
