Tsotsis for the structure located at 2126 North Ross Street (McKay House). RECOMMENDATION: Recommend that the Historic Resources Commission recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached agreement with Amy L. and Thomas K. Tsotsis, property owners, for the structure located at 2126 North Ross Street subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. STAFF COMMENTS Principal Planner Sergio Klotz welcomed new Commissioners Polce, Morfin and Yrarrazaval and offered if they have any questions to contact himself, Hally Soboleske or Martha Ramirez. • Assistant City Attorney Ryan Hodge introduced himself and welcomed new Commissioners and asked them to contact him if they have any questions. Associate Planner Hally Soboleske noted she would be happy to provide training for the new Commissioners on the technical aspects of historic preservation, the Secretary of Interior Standards, and the city code that applies to historic properties. Please contact her or Martha Ramirez if they are interested. Commissioner Morfin asked for a field trip of historic properties. 5. HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION COMMENTS Vice Chair O'Callaghan Requested that a formal request be made to inquire on the status of the vacant Commission representatives for Ward 6 and Mayoral seat noting the concern of having a quorum. Commissioner Yrarrazaval • Noted the Planning Commission had a study session on the proposal for the Sexlinger property located at 1584 East Santa Clara Avenue. • 6. EXCUSE OF ABSENCES Motion by Commissioner Yrarrazaval and seconded by Commissioner Morfin to excuse the absence of Commissioner Hitterdale and approved unanimously by a vote of 6:0.
