3.A Housing Authority Annual and Five Year Plans

Approve and submit the plans to the Department of Housing & Urban Development.

3.B Revisions to the Housing Authority Administrative Plan

3.C Transfer of Ownership at Santa Ana Towers

Authorize the sale and transfer of the Santa Ana Towers from SBD Properties to
Santa Ana Towers Senior Housing, Ltd. and authorize the Chairman and Executive
Director to execute the assignment of the Housing Assistance Payment Contract
and any other required documents.
