RESOLUTION NO. 99-02
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
APPROVING SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION
CONTRACT NUMBER CA093VOO036 AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana (PHA) is
authorized to adrninister the" Housing Assistance Prograrn for the Section
8 Housing Voucher Prograrn for the United States Departrnent of Housing and
Urban Developrnent (" HUD" ); and
WHEREAS, the PHA desires to enter into a Section 8 Annual
Contributions Contract (" ACC" ) with the Departrnent of Housing
Developrnent for the Section 8 Housing Voucher Prograrn; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the PHA as follows:
1.
The Section 8 Voucher prograrn ACC, CA093VOO036 for the Housing
Voucher prograrn is hereby approved and accepted.
2 .
The Executive Director of the Housing Authority is hereby authorized
and directed to execute the ACC and to take all necessary steps to
file said ACC and to provide such additional inforrnation as rnay be
required.
