P 1('? , 201 1 by and between AARDVARK TACTICAL FOUNDATION, a California corporation (hereinafter "Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City"). RECITALS: A. The parties entered into Agreement # A-2011-048, dated March 7, 201 1, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has agreed to conduct a Tactical Science Course Training Program, collectively "Tactical Science." B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to amend the Scope of Services to provide additional tactical science training. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: Interim City Manager 1. Anderson Director of Operations STATEMENT OF WORK -TACTICAL SCIENCE COURSE The Aardvark Tactical Foundation (ATF) will deliver two 40 hour Tactical Science Courses to 100 students [50 students each class] at a cost of $41,000 per class. These courses will be held at the Santa Ana Police Department August 1 - 5, 2011, and November 14 - 18, 2011.
