December 22, 20'1'1 from The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, a
public body, corporate and politic, to the Citv of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal
corporation duly organized under the Constitution and laws of the State of California, is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City Council pursuant to authority
conferred by Ordinance No. NS -2352 and Section No. 33 -55 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code
adopted by the City Council on June 1 , '1998, in compliance with California Government Code
Section 2728'1 and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

EXHIBIT A
LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR A DEDICATION FOR STREET PURPOSES OF A
PORTION OF EASTWOOD STREET
That portion of Lot 2, Tract No. 2385, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, as shown on a map recorded in Book 65, pages 3 and 4 of
Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the Recorder of said Orange County. Said
lot is also shown on Record of Survey No. 2002 -1059 recorded in Book 194,
pages 28 through 36 of Records of Surveys in the Office of the Recorder of said
Orange County lying easterly of that portion of the Eastwood Street cul -de -sac,
the sideline of said cul -de- sac being described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the centerline of Eastwood Street (60 feet wide),
distance thereon South 00 °25'49" West 332.42 feet from the intersection of the
centerlines of said Eastwood Street and Fourteenth Street (60.00 feet wide), as
shown on said tract No_ 2385;
Thence North 89 °34'11" West 22.00 feet to the center point of a circle having a
radius of 45.00 feet, an arc of the circumference of said circle being a portion of
said cul -de sac;
Thence along a radial line from said center point South 64 °02'32" East 45.00 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this cul -de -sac description;
Thence southwesterly, westerly, northwesterly and northeasterly along said
curve being concave northeasterly and having a radius of 45.00 feet through a
central angle of 198 °22'51" an arc distance of 155.81 feet to the beginning of a
reverse curve, concave northwesterly and having a radius of 88.15 feet;
Thence northeasterly and northerly along said curve through a central angle of
39 °50'16" an arc distance of 61.29 feet to the northerly line of Lot 3 of said Tract
No.2385 and the terminal point of this line description.
The above described parcel contains 1812 square feet, more or less.
Subject to covenant, conditions, easements, restrictions, reservations and other
rights of record.
