organized under the Constitution and laws of the State of California, its agents or
representatives, the right to enter the property generally located at

in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
For the purpose of inspection of infrastructure facilities, specific to the Martha
Lane cul-de-sac and Fifteenth Street cul-de-sac, to be constructed pursuant to
City of Santa Ana approved Street Improvement Plan Number U08018.
The right herein granted to the City of Santa Ana, and its agents or representatives is
personal, and the City of Santa Ana agrees not to assign, transfer, lease, pledge, or
otherwise dispose of its Right of Entry without the prior expressed written approval of
the undersigned_ No right of entry to existing buildings is granted by this instrument.
This Right of Entry shall commence on the date an Encroachment (Street Work) permit
is issued, and continues in effect during the duration of the construction as detailed
above.
