FUNDING ALLOCATIONS FOR THE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR
PERSONS WITH AIDS PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 2012-2013
Recommended action approved by the Community Redevelopment and
Housing Commission on April 17, 2012 , by a vote of 6:0 (Reyes absent).
MOTION:
a) Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute a
cooperative agreement between the City of Santa Ana and the Housing
Authority of the City of Santa Ana in the amount of $600,000 for a one-
year term for the implementation of the Housing Opportunities for
Persons with AIDS Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program, subject
to non-substantive changes approved by the Executive Director and
Authority General Counsel.
b) Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute a
cooperative agreement with AIDS Service Foundation Orange County in
an amount not to exceed $12,000 for a one-year term to administer the
wait list for the Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program, subject to
non-substantive changes approved by the Executive Director and
Authority General Counsel.
