Pursuant to Agreement #N-20? 7 -? ? 9, entered between National Data & Surveying
Services, Inc., and the City of Santa Ana, dated September 1 , 20? ? , Section 3 -Term,
the time period of said Agreement is hereby extended one year, through June 30, 20? 3.
The insurance certificates and Additional Insured Endorsement are required to be
extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of said
Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
