1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012-16 AND VARIANCE NO. 2012-05
Filed by Wesley Chu to allow the Sender One Climbing LLC a conditional use permit
and variance for an indoor sports facility that exceeds the allowable building and
sign height standards at 1441 South Village Way located in the Light Industrial (M1)
zoning district.

Recommend that the Planning Commission adopt a resolution:

3. Approving Variance No. 2012-05 (b) as conditioned to allow signage on the
building that is higher than 20 feet above the ground.
