Set Public Hearing For_ CONTINUED TO FILE NUMBER CITY MANAGER RECOMMENDED ACTION Direct the Clerk of the Council to post a Notice of Cancellation for the regularly scheduled Council meeting of November 5, 2012; the City Council hereby waives notice of said meeting as required by the government code. DISCUSSION The City Council would like to cancel the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on November 5, 2012. The Council will resume consideration of regular Council items at their Adjourned Regular Meeting scheduled for November 19, 2012 in the Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.
