Dear Mayor and Members of the City Council:
On behalf of my clients, the stakeholders of the Observatory, we wrote requesting
a continuance of this matter before the Planning Commission.
We support the staff's current request to continue this matter. It is our
understanding that many stakeholders support the continuance.
The continuance will provide further time and opportunity for consideration of the
various issues by my clients and the other affected stakeholders as well as by the City and
its staff
