Pursuant to Agreement #N-2011-119, entered between National Data & Surveying Services, Inc.,
and the City of Santa Ana, dated September 1, 2011, Section 3 - Term, the time period of said
Agreement is hereby extended through December 31, 2013. The insurance certificates and
Additional Insured Endorsement are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this
extension. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and
effect.
