4. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH CLARK & GREEN ASSOCIATES
FOR LANDSCAPE DESIGN SERVICES
Motion; Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the
Executive Director to execute an amendment to the agreement with
Clark & Green Associates for landscape architectural design
services for an additional amount of $27,890 for a total contract
amount of $50,000.

Motion: Adopt Resolution No. CRA 2004 -07 finding that borrowing $1,830,569
in Housing Set -Aside Funds to make the FY 2003 -2004 payment to
the Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund is necessary due to the
insufficiency of other revenue sources.
