GARCIA: SOLORIO City Manager, Executive Director, Agency General Counsel, Secretary CLOSED SESSION CALENDAR The Brown Act permits the Agency Board to discuss certain matters without members of the public present, provided the items to be discussed are posted 72 hours prior to the Agency Board meeting. Persons wishing to speak regarding Consent Calendar matters should file a "Request to Speak" form with the Recording Secretary.
