In item App. Adj. 20a thru 20d, these items should be referred to the Public Safety committee for review
of the programs and reports of programs submitted to the BCCS for approval, the public is not aware of
the programs only that it is fund grants to the Police Department, Transparency is needed after the Public
Safety Committee Meeting these past month.
Agenda Item 65A
In item Ward Elections request to the city Attorney For input the City Council is the body to determine
such, the cost of running for city council will cost less and the council member will be more accountable to
the public that elected that person.
