dated September 13, 2007, and John B. Hurlbut Jr. and Suzanne G. Hurlbut, Trustee of the
Hurlbut Family Trust, dated August 7, 1987, as their interests appear of record, to the City of
Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized under the Constitution and
laws of the State of California, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of
the City Council pursuant to authority conferred by Ordinance No. NS -2352 and Section No. 33 -55
