Kevin M. Friedman, representing Sun Shim of SAP Coin Laundry, is requesting
approval of a conditional use permit to allow a coin-operated laundromat facility within
an existing commercial building located at 2201 West First Street, Unit A in the General
Commercial (C2) zoning district.
