RESIDENTIAL RELOCATION NO. 2009 -01
9:46 a.m.
Mr. Vince Fregoso, Acting Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the
City Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Shelly Landry-Bayle and Ray Lirette, Community Development
Agency; Wayne Curl, Historic French Park; Melanie McCann, Associate Planner; and
Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
There were no written communications.
Melanie McCann presented the staff report and recommendation.
Mr. Curl stated that French Park is supportive of the request.
Ms. McCann made minor corrections to Police Condition No. 1.
The Acting Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Residential Relocation
No. 2009 -01 with modification to the conditions.
The hearing adjourned at 9:53 a.m.
