FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH
WESLEY A. BOSCH, M.A.
UNDER THE WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT
A -2012- 088 -01
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 30th day of June, 2013, by and between Wesley
A. Bosch, M.A. (hereinafter "Consultant'), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal
corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter
"City„).
RECITALS
A. The City and Consultant entered into the Consultant Agreement ( "said Agreement"} dated May 21,
2012 (A- 2012 -098) for Consultant to provide career counseling.
B, The parties hereto now desire to extend the Term of said Agreement while a Request for Proposals is
distributed and reviewed for like services.
WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained
and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties
hereto do hereby agree as follows:
1. Section 1. "Time Period of Agreement' is hereby extended through September 30, 2013. As set
forth in Section 1. of said Agreement, "The term of this Agreement may be extended by a writing executed by
the Executive Director of the Community Development Agency, or her designee, and the City Attorney."
2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged
and in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to Agreement the date
and year first above written.
