RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the minutes of the regular meeting of July 25, 2005.

B. RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT
Pursuant to the Brown Act, the August 8, 2005 Agenda for the Regular Meeting
was posted on the door of the City Hall Council Chambers at 22 Civic Center
Plaza on August 5, 2005 at 3:39 p.m.
RECOMMENDATION:
Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter posting into the minutes.
C. MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2005-07 (Melanie Mc Cann)
Filed by Adam Gandara to allow the construction of a front yard fence with the
height and width of vertical elements larger than allowed by the zoning code in
the single family residential (R1) zoning district at 211 South Ross Street.

F. AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 2005-04 AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 2005-20 – THE BOWERS MUSEUM EXPANSION (Sergio Klotz)

RECOMMENDATION:
1. Motion for reconsideration by Commissioner Cribb of action taken at July
