CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -29
10:35 a.m.
Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall
Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Judy Fleenor and Brian Fleenor, Applicants; Ali Pezeshkpour,
Planning Intern; Mike McCoy and Eileen Greene, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City
Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
There were no written communications.
Mr. Pezeshkpour presented the staff report and recommendation for approval
The Police Department noted Condition Nos. 14 & 20 regarding entertainment and the
parking /lighting standards and clarified for the applicants.
Discussion and clarification followed on conditions regarding the fixed bar, hours of
operation and outdoor seating. The applicants stated there will be no outdoor seating
and staff clarified the process should they decide to have one in the future.
The Zoning Administrator inquired if the applicants read and agreed to the conditions.
The applicants stated their agreement to all of the conditions.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No.
2012 -29 as conditioned.
The hearing adjourned at 10:55 a.m.
