CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2013 -11
10:41 a.m.
Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross
Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Refugio Yalila Muniz and Juan Leon, Applicants; Ann Ni, Associate
Planner; Escarlet Mar, Intern; Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney;
and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
There were no written communications.
Ms. Ni presented the staff report and recommendation for approval.
The Police Department asked for clarification of the name and owner of the establishment. Mr
Leon stated he is representing the owner Refugio Yalila Muniz.
The Police Department noted Condition No. 21 and stated the parking and lighting standards
must be up to code prior to the issuance of the letter of approval to the Alcoholic Beverage
Control Board.
The Zoning Administrator inquired if the applicants have read and agreed to the conditions.
Mr. Leon asked for time to read the conditions then stated his agreement to all of the
conditions.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2013 -11
as conditioned.
The hearing adjourned at 10:55 a.m.
