MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2011 -02
2:05 p.m.
Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall
Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Bill Christopher, Sheila Gershon, Cynthia Ribeiro and David
Callahan, Applicants; Vince Fregoso, Principal Planner; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and
Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
Vince Fregoso presented the staff report and recommendation for approval.
There were no written communications.
Bill Christopher provided a brief background on the project and stated their agreement
to all of the conditions.
Discussion was held regarding potential parking impacts should a different school
occupy the property which resulted in the amendment of two conditions. Planning
Condition No. 2 was modified to include a review of the minor exception if a change in
school occupancy or use occurred; and Planning Condition No. 3 was modified to
require an annual parking analysis for five years.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Minor Exception No. 2011 -02
with amended conditions.
The hearing adjourned at 2:25 p.m.
