CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -06
10:39 a.m.
Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall
Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Ali Pezeshkpour, Planning Intern; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney;
and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
There were no written communications.
Mr. Pezeshkpour gave a staff presentation indicating the applicant's request for
continuance. Discussion was held regarding the length of time for the continuance. Mr.
Pezeshkpour summarized code violations on the site and status of compliance.
Attempts to reach the property owner has been unsuccessful.
The Zoning Administrator stated he will continue the matter for 30 days, allowing staff
time to contact the property owner and to send Code Enforcement to the site to resolve
outstanding violations and comply with code.
The Zoning Administrator continued Conditional Use Permit No. 2012 -06 to
June 5, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the City Hall Ross Annex, Second Floor Conference
Room 2001, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California 92701.
The hearing adjourned at 10:52 a.m.
