CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -15
11:34 a.m.
Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall
Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Dominic Pak, Can Quach and Shatna Odish, Applicants;
Verny Carvajal, Senior Planner; Eileen Greene and Monica Hernandez, Police
Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
There were no written communications.
Mr. Carvajal presented the staff report and recommendation for approval.
The Police Department amended Police Condition 14 to include the entire parking lot
and the lighting within 120 feet from the front of the restaurant curb must conform to
code. Discussion and clarification ensued regarding the condition.
The Zoning Administrator inquired if the applicant understood and agreed to all of the
conditions. The applicant stated his agreement to all of the conditions.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No.
2012 -15 with an amended condition.
The hearing adjourned at 11:51 a.m.
