HomeMy WebLinkAbout10/17/2012ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING MINUTES OCTOBER 17, 2012 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -21 10:40 a.m. Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. Also in attendance were: Roberta Hurtado, Applicant; Verny Carvajal, Senior Planner; Mike McCoy and Eileen Greene, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. There were no written communications. Mr. Carvajal presented the staff report and recommendation for approval The Police Department recommended Police Condition No. 9 be modified to allow alcohol sales from 9:00 a.m. to midnight. The Police Department noted Police Condition No. 16 and separated the review period requirement from the lighting standards requirement; and reminded the applicant that the lighting standards be up to code prior to the issuance of letter of approval to the Alcohol Beverage Control Board. The applicant stated her understanding and agreement to all of the conditions. The applicant inquired about limits on karaoke and was informed of potential future entertainment regulations and the conditions require compliance with code. The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2012 -21 with amended conditions.
