MINUTES
NOVEMBER 28, 2012
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -26
10:46 a.m.
Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall
Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Jerry Helguero and Rosalia Munoz Applicants; Vince Fregoso,
Principal Planner; Mike McCoy and Eileen Greene, Police Department; Ryan Hodge,
City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
There were no written communications.
Mr. Fregoso presented the staff report and recommendation for approval
Condition No. 15 was modified to not allow amusement machines or video games on
the premises at any time.
The Police Department referred to Condition No. 16 and noted that all entertainment will
be required to have a permit. The applicants were also made aware of Condition No.
22 that the parking lot lighting must be up to code prior to the issuance of a Letter of
Approval to the Alcohol Beverage Control Board.
The Zoning Administrator clarified the importance of compliance with code, and noted
illegal banners and directed staff to contact Code Enforcement to take appropriate
action. The applicants stated that they are in agreement with all of the conditions.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No.
2012 -26 with an amended condition.
The hearing adjourned at 10:53 a.m.
