MINUTES
NOVEMBER 28, 2012
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -25
10:33 a.m.
Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall
Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Joe Rodriguez, Salvador Gonzalez, Applicants; Ann Ni,
Associate Planner; Mike McCoy and Eileen Greene, Police Department; Ryan Hodge,
City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
There were no written communications.
Ms. Ni presented the staff report and recommendation for approval
The Police Department noted Condition No. 17 and explained that all entertainment will
be required to have a permit. The Police Department also noted Condition No. 23 and
stated that the parking lot lighting must be up to code prior to the issuance of a Letter of
Approval to the Alcohol Beverage Control Board.
Condition No. 16 was modified to not allow amusement machines and video games in
the premises at any time.
Condition No. 23(f) was amended to reflect the contact as the Public Works Agency.
The applicants stated their understanding and agreement to all of the conditions.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No.
2012 -25 with amended conditions.
The hearing adjourned at 10:45 a.m.
