CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2009 -22
10:41 a.m.
Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall
Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Maria Diaz, Applicant; Verny Carvajal, Senior Planner; Ali
Pezeshkpour, Planning Intern, Mike McCoy and Eileen Greene, Police Department;
Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
Verny Carvajal presented the staff report and recommendation.
There were no written communications.
Police Condition 5 was modified to add acoustic musicians.
It was noted that the applicant had no violations and is in compliance with all conditions
The Zoning Administrator inquired if the applicant understood and agreed with the
conditions. The applicant stated her agreement to all of the conditions.
The Zoning Administrator commended Ms. Diaz for maintaining the business in
compliance with the CUP conditions.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving modifications to Conditional
Use Permit No. 2009 -22 as conditioned.
