CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011 -01
9:57 a.m.
Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall
Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Deok Jae Lee and Paul Jeon, Applicants; Vince Fregoso,
Principal Planner; Yolanda Pena and Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge,
City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
Vince Fregoso presented the staff report and recornmendation for approval with
conditions.
An email was received from David R. Fried, property owner, in support of the project.
Police Condition 11 was modified to reflect the removal of graffiti within 24 hours of
being applied. The applicant stated his agreement to all of the conditions.
• The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Perrnit No.
2011 01 with a modified condition.
The hearing adjourned at 10:03 a.m.
