HomeMy WebLinkAbout04/27/2011ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING MINUTES APRIL 27, 2011 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011 -07 10:36 a.m. Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. Also in attendance were: Adolfo Lopez, Applicant; Raul Yanez, Mi Moda; Vince Fregoso, Principal Planner; Yolanda Pena and Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. Vince Fregoso presented the staff report and recommendation for approval with conditions. There were no written communications. The applicant stated the restaurant will remain open until midnight. Police Condition No. 16 was modified to indicate Planning Condition No. 3 must be is complied with prior to the issuance of a Letter of Approval to the ABC Board. The applicant stated his agreement to all of the conditions. Discussion was held regarding parking, unpermitted signage and lack of detail on the floor plans that did not depict the kitchen area and alcohol storage on the first floor.
