CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011 -23
10:32 a.m.
Mr. Vince Fregoso, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City
Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Mike Stockstill, Robert Esparza and Hector Silva, Applicants;
Verny Carvajal, Senior Planner; Mike McCoy and Eileen Greene, Police Department;
Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
Verny Carvajal provided an update.
There were no written communications.
The Zoning Administrator asked the applicants if they read and agreed with the
conditions. Mr. Silva stated their agreement with all the conditions.
Mr. Silva provided a letter showing staff's completion of an alcohol sales training
program presented by the Los Angeles Police Department. Mr. McCoy clarified they
need a copy of the company's security practices and employee training manual on
alcohol sales prior to the December 12, 2011 Planning Commission meeting.
Mr. McCoy also referred to Police Condition 19 and stated that the lighting inspection be
scheduled and finalized prior to the Planning Commission meeting.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No.
2011 -23 as conditioned.
The hearing adjourned at 10:38 a.m.
