CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2010 -22
10:35 a.m.
Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall
Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: George Bardossas and Victor Burrola, Applicants; Lucy
Linnaus, Senior Planner; Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney;
and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
There were no written communications.
Lucy Linnaus presented the staff report and recommendation.
Mr. Klotz inquired if the applicant has read and agreed to the conditions. Mr. Burrola
stated he read the entire report and agreed with the conditions.
Discussion was held regarding after hours and outdoor service. Mr. Klotz clarified that if
the applicant wants to operate after hours or have outdoor service in the future, they
would need to submit an application and go through a separate process. Mr. Burrola
acknowledged he understood the procedure.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No.
2010 -22 as conditioned.
The hearing adjourned at 10:42 a.m.
