MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2010 -01
10:40 a.m.
Mr. Vince Fregoso, Acting Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the
City Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Randy Dettmer Applicant; Verny Carvajal, Senior Planner; and
Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
There were no written communications.
Verny Carvajal presented the staff report and recommendation.
Mr. Dettmer provided an overview of the project request
Mr. Fregoso asked for clarification of where on the site the loitering is occurring.
Discussion ensued regarding other options besides the fencing, the addition of pilasters
and additional lighting.
Mr. Fregoso added three conditions: move the fence back 10 feet from the property line
at First and Lacy Streets; install split face block pilasters at 50 feet on center; and work
out any deviation with the Planning Division.
The Acting Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Minor Exception No.
2010 -01 with modified conditions.
The hearing adjourned at 11:07 a.m.
