HomeMy WebLinkAbout09/15/2010ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING MINUTES SEPTEMBER 15, 2010 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2010 -17 10:39 a.m. Vince Fregoso, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. Also in attendance were: Jeff Hall and Jeffrey Jensen, Applicants; Ryan Hodge, Deputy City Attorney; Yolanda Pena, Police Department; Hally Soboleske, Associate Planner; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. Hally Soboleske made a brief presentation and recommendation. Ms. Soboleske stated she received a call from the Santa Ana Unified School District stating there is a school in the vicinity. Mr. Fregoso explained the reason for remanding the project to the Planning Commission. The Zoning Administrator remanded Conditional Use Permit No. 2010 -17 to the Planning Commission for a public hearing on September 27, 2010.
