SEPTEMBER 16, 2009
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2009 -02
11:12 a.m.
Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall
Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Matt McKinlay and Brenda Wright, Applicants; Matt Foulkes,
Assistant Planner I; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
There were no written communications.
Matt Foulkes presented the staff report and recommendation. Mr. Foulkes requested
that Condition No. 2 be removed as the item has been addressed.
Discussion followed regarding the trash containment, drive aisles, parking and
restriping. Mr. Klotz added a condition that the parking stalls be double- striped to meet
current City standards when the time comes to resurface the parking lot.
The lot sizes of parcels 2 and 3 were discussed. Mr. Klotz requested that the final map
be cleaned up to clarify the lot sizes.
Mr. Klotz inquired if the applicants agreed to all the conditions. Mr. McKinlay and Ms.
Wright stated their agreement to the conditions.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map No.
2009 -02 with modifications to the conditions.
The hearing adjourned at 11:27 a.m.
