ROLL CALL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CONSENT CALENDAR All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the Planning Commission and will be enacted by one motion without discussion. MINUTES RECOMMENDATION: Approve the minutes of the regular meeting of December 11, 2006. B. RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT Pursuant to the Brown Act, the December 11, 2006 Agenda for the Regular Meeting was posted on the door of the City Hall Council Chambers at 22 Civic Center Plaza on December 7, 2006 at 2:37 p.m. RECOMMENDATION: Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter posting into the minutes. C. MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2006-07 (Hally Soboleske) Filed by Yvette Aguilar requesting to allow a second dwelling that exceeds the city’s standards and to allow a legal nonconforming front yard setback in the Single Family Residential (R1) zoning district located at 710 Grovemont Avenue. RECOMMENDATION: Confirm the Zoning Administrator’s action approving Minor Exception No. 2006- 07. Planning Commission Agenda 4 January 8, 2007 D. MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2006-05 (Zenas Tham) Filed by Raul and Lluvia Duran to allow a 48-inch tall front yard fence and 3½- inch spacing between the vertical members in the Single -Family Residence (R1) zoning district at 2416 North Bush Street. RECOMMENDATION: Confirm the Zoning Administrator’s action approving Minor Exce ption No. 2006- 05. E. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2006-22 (Vince Fregoso) Filed by James Carter to allow a Type 41 Alcoholic Beverage Control license at the South Coast Winery restaurant located at 3606 South Bristol Street.
