The Motion is a “recommended action”. The Commission is not limited in any way by the Motion and may take any action which the Commission deems to be appropriate on an Agenda item. Except as otherwise provided by law, no action shall be taken on any item not appearing in the agenda. MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2007-01 (Ann Ni) Filed by P & M Developers/Dr. Mehdi Saghafi, to allow a reduction in the minimum parking requirement from 43 parking spaces to 40 parking spaces in the Community Commercial (C1) zoning district at 1401-1435 West First Street. RECOMMENDATION: Confirm the Zoning Administrator’s action approving Minor Exception No. 2007-01 as conditioned. D.
