Pursuant to the Brown Act and the Maddy Act, the February 10, 2003 Agenda for the
Regular Meeting was posted on the door of the City Hall Council Chambers at 22 Civic
Center Plaza on February 6, 2003 at 4:00 p.m.
RECOMMENDATION:
Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter posting into the minutes.

RECOMMENDATION:
1. Receive and file the Categorical Exemption for Environmental Review No. 2003-05.
2. Adopt a resolution denying Appeal of Planning Manager’s Decision No. 2003-01.
E. Recognition of Service for Robert Richardson Chairman Nalle
RECOMMENDATION:
Issue a proclamation honoring the service of Robert Richardson to the Planning
Commission.
