RECOMMENDATION:

Regular meeting of February 24, 2003
B. RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT
Pursuant to the Brown Act and the Maddy Act, the February 24, 2003 Agenda for the
Regular Meeting was posted on the door of the City Hall Council Chambers at 22 Civic
Center Plaza on February 21, 2003 at 11:15 a.m.
RECOMMENDATION:
Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter posting into the minutes.

C. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2003-01 (Bob St. Paul)
Filed by Taco Adobe Restaurant, Patrick Dillon, to allow a Type 41 ABC License to sell beer
and wine at an existing restaurant located at 1317 North Main Street.
RECOMMENDATION:
Receive and file the staff report approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2003-01 as
conditioned.

Filed by Shafiq Surti/Surtico Inc. to allow a Kentucky Fried Chicken/Long John Silver’s
Restaurant with drive-through window service at 1307 East 17th Street in the Community
Commercial (C1) zoning district.
