Pursuant to the Brown Act and the Maddy Act, the March 24, 2003 Agenda for the Regular
Meeting was posted on the door of the City Hall Council Chambers at 22 Civic Center Plaza
on March 21, 2003 at 10:30 a.m.
RECOMMENDATION:
Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter posting into the minutes.

Filed by Michael Roberts to appeal the Planning Manager’s decision to deny a workshop
addition with a bathroom to an existing detached garage located at 2139 North Greenleaf.
RECOMMENDATION:
1. Receive and file the Categorical Exemption for Environmental Review No. 2003-56.
2. Adopt a resolution denying Appeal of the Planning Manager’s Decision No. 2003-02.
