routine by the Planning Commission and will be enacted by one
motion without discussion. Persons wishing to speak regarding a

RECOMMENDATION:
Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter into the minutes.
The December 10, 2001 Agenda was posted at the City Hall Council Chambers on December
7, 2001 at 9:30 A.M.
The Notice of Cancellation for the December 24, 2001 Meeting was posted at the City Hall
Council Chambers on December 20, 2001 at 4:00 P.M.
C. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2001-30 (Ann Ni)
Filed by Ly Hoang to allow for a type 41liquor license (on-site beer and wine) in conjunction
with La Mojarra Seafood Restaurant located at 1734 W. First Street, Suite F.
RECOMMENDATION:
Affirm the Zoning Administrator’s action to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 2001-30 as
conditioned.
D. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2001-35 (Verny Carvajal)
Filed by Carolyn Tajik to amend Conditional Use Permit to allow the use of an existing patio for
outdoor dining with alcohol at Darya Restaurant located at 1611 West Sunflower Avenue, Suite
E-6.
RECOMMENDATION:
Affirm the Zoning Administrator’s action to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 2001-35 as
conditioned.
E. AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 97-01 (DA 2001-1), ZONING
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2001-14, AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2001-34
