CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be
routine by the Planning Commission and will be enacted by one
motion without discussion. Persons wishing to speak regarding a
Consent Calendar matter should file a “Request to Speak” form with
the Commission Secretary. (See Agenda Description for
instructions on Public Testimony.

RECOMMENDATION:
Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter into the minutes.
The January 14, 2002 Agenda was posted at the City Hall Council Chambers on January 11,
2002 at 2:20 P.M.
BUSINESS CALENDAR
Matters listed on the Business Calendar are general proposals for
new legislation or items requiring discussion.
C. Election Of Officers.
RECOMMENDATION:
a) Elect Chairman of the Planning Commission for the year 2002.
b) Elect Vice Chairman of the Planning Commission for the year 2002.
c) Appoint Planning Commission representative for the Historic Resources Commission for
the year 2002.
D. Site Plan Review No. 2001-13 (Bill Apple)
Filed by Kilroy Realty LP. to request deviation from the City’s design and development
standards for parking structures at 1700 East Carnegie Avenue.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend approval of the request for deviation from the City’s design and development
standards for parking structures at 1700 East Carnegie Avenue.
