Pursuant to Section 34 -183 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, this memo provides notice that
the City Engineer has received Final Tract Map No. 17498 (City Tract Map No. 2013 -01), for
806 East Santa Ana Boulevard (Exhibit 1), from the owner, City Ventures Homebuilding, LLC,
a Delaware Limited Liability Company, and is in the process of reviewing the map for final
approval. The lot of this map is zoned for residential use. The Tentative Tract Map No. 17498
was approved by the City Council on June 17, 2013. The City Engineer shall approve or
disapprove this map within 10 days after the City Council meeting of July 1, 2014.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
