It is with great regret that I hereby tender my resignation as a Deputy City Attorney for the City
of Santa Ana, handling the red light camera prosecutions, effective June 30, 2014. This
resignation also include:i all of my associate attorneys, Gina Cervino, Kristine Oquendo, Q yen

the City wish to terminate the contract sooner, Svc are prepared to meet that request as
