FILE NUMBER due to unforeseen circumstances
Pursuant to Section 34 -183 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, this memo provides notice that
the City Engineer has received Final Tract Map No. 17627 (City Tract Map No. 2013 -06), for
1030 South Euclid Street (Attachment), from the owner, City Ventures Homebuilding, LLC, a
Delaware Limited Liability Company, and is in the process of reviewing the map for final
approval. The lots of this map are zoned for residential use. The Tentative Tract Map No.
17627 was approved by the City Council on December 16, 2013. The City Engineer shall
approve or disapprove this map within 10 days after the City Council meeting of October 7,
2014.
STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT
Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #3 Economic Development,
Objective #2 (create new opportunities for business /job growth and encourage private
development through new General Plan and Zoning Ordinance policies).
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
