Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on January 13, 2015 and
notices mailed January 15, 2015.
A project overview was provided by Ricardo Soto,
Assistant Planner I. Vice Chair Mill opened the public hearing. There were no
speakers and the hearing was closed.
MOTION: Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2014 -47 to
allow a Type 41 ABC license.

2. WESTFIELD MAINPLACE REGIONAL PLANNED SIGN PROGRAM
Gregg Berwin from Westfield MainPlace provided a PowerPoint presentation on the
proposed mall signage program and fielded questions from the commission as well as
received suggestions regarding landscape, escalator access, signage font size, and
city - related public service announcements.
