RE: Extension of Agreement (A- #2013 -185)
Dear Brien Green.
Pursuant to the Agreement you entered with the City of Santa Ana dated January 30, 2014,
Section 6 - 7.01 "Term ", the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended from December
12014, until November 30, 2015 pursuant to the exercise of the first I -year option. The
insurance certificates and Additional Insured Endorsement are required to be extended and/or
renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
